Manufacturing Process for complete project

1.Cut steel plates into pieces for various purpose structure by plasma flame cutting machine.


2.Erect and partically weld the cut steel plates into designed H Column and beam of the steel structure warehouse.


3. Use automatic long span welding machine to make complete welding for the H Column and Beam of the steel structure warehouse.


4.Drill holes on the H Column and Beam accurately of the steel structure warehouse according to manufacturing drawings.


5. Weld Web and Wing Plates for H Column and Beam of the steel structure warehouse.


6. Shoot Blasting for all of the steel columns, beams and other components of the steel structure warehouse.


7. Dry after painting of steel structure warehouse.



8. Put marks for the column and beam, then make final packing before delivery.
